Machine Piling
The right tool for the right job
New addition to the OPP family! She is finally here, weighing 14.5 tonne and wearing black and white colors our brand new Geax EK40 has arrived. We can now drill CFA piles down to a depth of 11.3 meters while still being able to fit into tight spaces. This is also a tier 4 machine which is the highest European standard making it a low emission machine. This rig also has a 6 tonne down force pressure to help drilling through tough rock.
This is welcome addition to our existing Tes-Car CF3 rig that has been producing amazing jobs, always on time and budget with our very experienced crew.
While we offer our hand piling services for every type of construction or renovation project, we also now deliver our CFA piles (Continuous Flight Auger).
Our TES CAR CF3 can drill down to 9 metres in depth and up to 450mm diameter hole size through sand, clay, rock and water table. Although the TES CAR CF3 is a compact unit, it weighs 11 tonnes and can fit through a 2.5 meter opening, which ensures we can execute an extensive range of projects for you, especially those with narrow or restricted areas.
We excited to announce our fleet is rapidly growing, and we’ve just added a new 5.5 tonne Excavator as a support machine, as well as a new grout injection pump. Whether your project requires work by hand or machine, we’ll always have the solution for you, so call or email us for rates and availability.
