For this project, our client wanted to create a basement in a 1950s home that was built on a boundary line, which posed potential complications.
Our team of experts decided the best solution for the design of this project was to execute underpinning, which extends the depth to create excellent support below the ground without needing to knock the home down.
We underpinned the existing footing of two walls to rock, which were approximately two metres deep.
Our client was impressed with our expertise, smart solutions and seamless execution, and they now have a fully functioning basement under their home.
