Shoring, Darling Point

For this project, On Point Piling determined shoring was the best solution, which is a cost-efficient alternative to contiguous piles in circumstances when there are no heavy loads nearby.

Importantly, the shoring is temporary, rather than a long-term solution.

For this project, we drilled piles to allow for universal columns to be inserted, then we added timber sleepers in between the columns to ensure the building was safe and ready for excavation.

Our client was thrilled with our team’s efficient, economical solution.
