For this ambitious project, the design of the property required a method to anchor and reinforce the bottom of the pier into rock, so we implemented Piling using the Rock Dowel Method.
We integrated this solution because we were unable to drill the pier deep enough so it could act as a cantilever pier.
Our technique allowed us to complete this project with hand tools and hand-held machinery.
The photos reveal the rock is visible and the bottoms of the piles are exposed, but with our method, they have strong, appropriate support.
