Contiguous Piling, Rose Bay 2
On time and on budget
On Point Piling recently completed 328 piles, with 450mm diameter, totaling 2,500 lineal meters of contiguous concrete piles in our latest Rose Bay project, to allow excavation for a 2 level car park facility.
The contiguous piles vary in depth from 7,700mm to 9,400mm long and were mostly completed by hand piling.
The advantages we bring to these kinds of projects with hand piling is the ability to pile on the boundary line, without losing any space for set-back due to machine configurations.
We can also start work from 7am as we don’t use plant equipment to pile, allowing us to be more efficient, making the most of regular working hours in the eastern suburbs.
