On Point Piling installed 124 x 450 diameter CFA piles with depth varying from 6.5 – 8.0 metres deep for 2 level basment.
Total lineal metres of piers over 840 metres and all completed in 3 weeks
Piles were drilled in clay and shale with ground condition made harder with water table at approximately 6 metres.
The team has done a very neat job revealing very tight piles with minimum gaps.
