On Point Piling hand-piling team executed over 200 x 300 diameter contiguous hand piers from 4.0 – 9.0 meters in depth to create this basement.
Total over 1,150.00 lineal meters of hand piles as well as 68 lineal meters of capping beam and temporary steel bracing.
The excavation as revealed a very neat and tight piles, this is very important when drilling on the boundary in sand to make sure the sand doesn’t come through the gaps.
